The hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, making it convenient for tourists with its close proximity to underground stations and various attractions. The rooms, although a bit small, are nicely decorated, clean, and have everything you need. The service was generally friendly, but some lapses in assistance were noted. Overall, a good value for the location and cleanliness.

I have to say, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable for a short stay. The staff was helpful with directions, but I felt some aspects needed attention. The location was nice, with no traffic noise, near to the Poble Sec metro station, and close to many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. On the downside, the coffee was horrible, but the breakfast was not bad with an expected selection of cereals and cold cuts.

The service was exceptional with friendly and incredibly helpful staff, especially Ivan, Rojas, and the other young team members. The location was ideal for a short sightseeing break, being very close to multiple underground stations and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining options, though tasty, were a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
